The cubs look to be about three months old. Although two days ago, Tigress T-8 and her new born cubs pugmark were seen at Saran ke Patthe by the Forest personnel , but they were not able to see glance of tigress and her cubs. Tigress T 8 with cubs

As Tiger is a territorial animal and she covers safari zone 6, 7 and 8 for her territory marking in Ranthambore. She is about eight year old and this area is also of the male Tiger Kumbha (T34). He is dominant male tiger of this area (zone 6). It is guessed that the father of these cubs could be T-34 Kumbha.

Even before the tigress had given birth to three litters, T-8's first litter was born in 2011 including one male and one female, after the fully-grown in two or two and a half years, they were separated from their mother T-8. Thereafter female cub was identified as T61 and she made her territory in zone 8 of the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve in 2013, while this safari zone is also her mother territory. On the other hand male tiger was known T-62. He had walked out from the park in 2013.

In November 2013 it was the second litter of the tigress T-8 but more information about this litter is not available. She had given her third litter in June 4th, 2014. In this litter two male cubs were born. They were sighted at zone 7 "Chidi kho" in Ranthambore, when they around three month old. Unfortunately, an accident, a male cub of third litter was found dead on March 9, 2015 and it is believed that the male cub was killed by T-58 and in this fourth litter she extended the Tiger clan in Ranthambhore. Hopefully in the coming days good tiger sighting will be begin on zone 6 Ranthambore.
