Safari rates in Ranthambore increased once again. TRDF up by 10 percent

The rates of jungle safari in Ranthambore National Park have increased once again, this time the forest department has increased the TRDF by 10 percent. The new rates of Ranthambore National Park Jungle Safari Fee have been implemented from the morning shift of 26 April 2022.

Safari rates increased twice a month

Jungle safari in Ranthambore National Park will now be more expensive for tourists. The forest safari fee has been increased twice in 26 days in Ranthambore National Park by the Forest Department.

This is the second time the rates of jungle safari have been increased by the Forest Department within a month. This time the Forest Department has increased the Tiger Reserve Development Fund (TRDF) by 10%. Whereas earlier on April 1, 2022, the Forest Department had increased the rates of jungle safari in all the tiger reserves and sanctuaries of Rajasthan.

What is TRDF?

According to the information received from the Forest Department, Tiger Reserve Development Fund (TRDF) is collected from every tourist going on Jungle Safari in Ranthambore National Park. This amount is used by the Forest Department for the development of the Tiger Reserve and to provide facilities and better habitat to the tigers and other wildlife.

Decision taken in the meeting

On 9 February 2022, the local forest officials had a meeting with the PCCF of the Forest Department. In the meeting, it was agreed to increase the fees of TRDF by 10 percent for the development of Tiger Reserve. After this, these orders have been issued by the PCCF of the Forest Department.

How to book Ranthambore National Park Jungle Safari?

Booking of Jungle Safari in Ranthambore National Park is done online. This includes all rates. While booking Ranthambore National Park online safari, the tourist has to pay the full amount of the safari. Once booked, Jungle Safari in Ranthambore is completely non-refundable and non-transferable or adjustable.

For online safari booking, the official photo identity card of the tourist, nationality, date of safari, safari shift, safari vehicle information etc. is sought by the forest department for online safari booking.
